Shirley Rempel lives in Southern Alberta, Canada and has been an Early Childhood Education, with Level 3 ECE certification for over 24 years. The last 13.5 years she has operated a family day home, which has her educaring for six children at any given time. Currently she is caring for children ranging from 2 years to 5.5 years of age, with a couple school age children who join her in the summer. She is also a Wunder Led Guide for Fairy Dust Teaching, a Facilitator for the Flight Framework course through MacEwan University, and a board member for Association of Early Childhood Educators of Alberta. She has been married for 25 years and am a mom of two teen daughters. We also have a 12 year old Boston Terrier/Pug cross. She is passionate about early childhood education, play based learn and child led learning. In her spare time, she administrates Alberta’s largest social media platform for early childhood educators, scrapbook and read.
