Adva is an early childhood educator with over 7 years of experience teaching 2 & 3 year olds both inside the classroom and as a camp director. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in education. She has specializations in Special Education and Educational Leadership. Adva also runs her own small business where she helps teachers regain their confidence in their teaching abilities by providing professional development programs.
